Below are some of the most Frequently Asked Questions.

How secure are my Personal Earnings Statements?

You must go to this site to review your personal earnings statement.  This site is protected by a secure certificate.  All of the transactions on the site are protected with up to 256 bit encryption.  This ensures that the communition channel over the internet is encrypted from our server to you the end user.  Your account is protected by your email and password.  We recommend you do not share this information with anyone.  It is also a good idea to "Logout" of the site prior to closing your browser.
 

I have a problem, who do I contact?

Once you have logged into the site, please choose the "Member" option from the menu. Your company contact information will be listed. You can also send a quick email to your company contact by utilizing the email form. 

If you are having a problem getting into the site, you can simply use the contact form provided.

How can I download several Personal Earnings Statements at Once?

Once you have logged into the site, please choose the "Member" option from the menu, and then go into your "Statement History"
On the left side of the screen you will see a check box. You may select the statements you want to download and press the "Zip Files" on the bottom of the screen.

My account has been locked out.  Now what do I do?

An account lockout is typically caused by an invalid password being used multiple times.  Please choose the "Login" screen and then click on the "Forget Password" link.  This will allow you to reset your password.  Once the validation is completed, you will have access to the site.

I have accounts for more than one company.  How do I choose between companies?

Only ONE email address can be assigned to ONE person per account.  If you have accounts for more than one company you will need a unique email address for each company you plan to access.

Email Notifications?

The system will automatically send you password change notifications and alert messages letting you know that there is a message waiting for you to view.  We ask they you "WhiteList" our email account.  This will ensure that our messages reach you and that they will not be caught as "Spam".  We will be sending messages from "".  When you receive a message, please add "" to your address book.
